Submit your group’s Co-op Camp Registration …. use either option 1 or 2 (below)

  1. 2026 Registrations Forms (Available March 2026), OR
      • Enter registration data using the online form, then submit directly to our registrar
  2. 2026 Registration Spreadsheet (Available March 2026)
      • Download and save, then complete the registration spreadsheet, then send it to our registrar (coopcampregistrar@gmail.com)
      • May be used with either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
      • After downloading into Excel. “Enable Editing”
      • Only save the Spreadsheet in XLSM or XLSX format

Registration Notes:

  • If you have youth/leaders in both levels (ie. Participants and Offer of Service), use a separate “Online Form” or “Spreadsheet” for each level.
  • A late fee applies to ALL registrations or updates after Friday Sept. 18, 2026.
  • No Registrations are accepted after Wednesday Sept. 23, 2026 (6:00pm) and NOT at camp.
  • Substitutions.  i.e. One-For-One, can be made during registration at camp.
  • Changes / Deletions.  Can’t be made on-line or via the Registration Spreadsheet.  Email the Co-op Registrar (coopcampregistrar@gmail.com). Refunds can not be given if a group’s numbers change after registration.

Registration packages are not mailed out and should be downloaded.

Pay fees at PAYMENTS . Please note your “Order ID” on your Registration Spreadsheet (“Group Data”).

Scouting Groups must submit an Adventure Application Form to your Group Commissioner for approval.
Please bring a copy of your approved AAF form to Camp along with a copy of your group’s Health Forms and hand them in to Registration.

Guiders must submit Safe Guide requests on My GGC MemberZone for approval.
