12:00–4:00 pm | For those groups who wish to drop off their Unit/Troop gear in advance; the gates will be open from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Once you enter please locate a Co-op Staff member in order to find your campsite. |
6:00–9:00 pm | Registration near Picnic Shelter. Loaded vehicles, (2 per Group) can go to campsite and unload. Return vehicle(s) to parking lot. |
8:00–10:15 pm | Friday Fun Night – campers may attend:
Groups to complete a Quiz during this time if they wish! |
10:30 pm | Leaders Meeting at McLaughlin Lodge – lug a mug. All Groups must be represented |
10:30–11:00 pm | Mug-up on sites (at Unit’s/Section’s site, groups supply) |

9:45–12:00 noon | Morning Activities (3 rotations). Note: At the end of the third rotation, Activity Teams need to determine where to meet after lunch for the afternoon activities |
