FRIDAY

12:00–4:00 pm For those groups who wish to drop off their Unit/Troop gear in advance; the gates will be open from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m. on Friday.  Once you enter please locate a Co-op Staff member in order to find your campsite.
6:00–9:00 pm Registration near Picnic Shelter. Loaded vehicles, (2 per Group) can go to campsite and unload. Return vehicle(s) to parking lot.
8:00–10:15 pm Friday Fun Night – campers may attend:

    • the Picnic Shelter for Karaoke or
    • the McLaughlin Lodge fire circle for story telling.

Groups to complete a Quiz during this time if they wish!
10:30 pm Leaders Meeting at McLaughlin Lodge – lug a mug. All Groups must be represented
10:30–11:00 pm Mug-up on sites (at Unit’s/Section’s site, groups supply)

All Venturers / Rangers / Rovers (and Advisors) Meeting at Picnic Shelter
11:30 pm Curfew – all campers to be on site, and quiet

SATURDAY

6:30 am Wake-up
6:30–8:45 am Breakfast and cleanup
9:00–9:20 am Opening horseshoe and flag break at Rotary Field – Come with water bottle and dressed for activities! 9:00 am Sharp
9:20–9:40 am Team formation at  Rotary Field
9:45–12:00 noon Morning Activities (3 rotations).  Note: At the end of the third rotation, Activity Teams need to determine where to meet after lunch for the afternoon activities
12:00–1:30 pm Lunch and clean-up (groups supply)
1:30–3:45 pm Afternoon Activities (3 rotations)

4:00–5:00 pm

Badge Trading in center of Camp field

3:45–8:00 pm

Free time, dinner and cleanup (Groups supply)
8:00–11:00 pm
    • Movie at McLaughlin Lodge
    • Informal campfire between Picnic Shelter and McLaughlin Lodge
    • Dance at Picnic Shelter (may start between 7:30 & 8:00)
11:30 pm Mug-Up (at Unit/Section sites, groups supply)

SUNDAY

7:00 am Wake-up

9:30–9:45 am Leaders allowed to bring 1 vehicle onto site
10:00–10:10 am Guide/Scout Own at Rotary Field – Full Uniform, All Attend
10:10–10:45 am Closing horseshoe at Rotary Field – Awards, Appreciation, Announcements
10:45 am Back to site
10:45–1:00 pm Site Inspection and Checkout near Picnic Shelter
1:30 p.m. Everyone has gone home.  Good Guiding.   Good Scouting
