Additional Participants Form

The Form is to be used if …

1. 1. you have registered your first 24 Participants and you need to register more (up to 8 at a time) or
   2. you had already submitted your Co-op Camp Primary Registration Form and you need to register additional participants later.

After Submitting your Additional Participants, proceed to PAYMENTS.

Note: While completing the Form, you may select “Save and Continue Later” at the bottom of the form.
